SUBMISSION POLICY

The Immigrant does not accept unsolicited information or material including, without limitation, film and/or television show pitches, concepts, formats, scripts, ideas, or any other material or information.

As a matter of strict policy, The Immigrant employees, agents, representatives, officers and directors are not permitted to accept or consider unsolicited submissions, including, without limitation, submissions of ideas or concepts, articles, pitch documents, treatments and scripts. The Immigrant’s policy is to delete or discard any such submissions without reading, forwarding, or responding to them. Therefore, any similarity between an unsolicited submission and any element in any of The Immigrant’s creative work would be purely coincidental. Based on this policy, The Immigrant will not, and has no obligation to, treat any unsolicited submission as confidential or proprietary, and will incur no liability in the event that an unsolicited submission is inadvertently opened, read or responded to by an employee or agent of The Immigrant. By making a submission to The Immigrant, you will be deemed to have acknowledged that unless we enter into a separate written agreement, on paper, that is manually signed by you and an authorized representative of The Immigrant, The Immigrant shall have no obligation to you and will have no liability to you for any use or disclosure of your submission and you have no claim against The Immigrant or anyone else based on or arising out of your submission or any use or disclosure thereof, and you irrevocably release The Immigrant from any such claim.
